1. Refund Requests:

- Please note that any items returned without prior approval or notification will not be accepted or processed.
2. Exchange and Store Credit:
- Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or an exchange for an item of equal value.
- Store credit will be provided after we have received and inspected the returned item(s) and deemed them eligible for return.
3. Conditions for Return:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, including tags and packaging, and must not show any signs of wear or use.
- Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of our approval of your return request.
4. Damaged Items:
- While we strive to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, we are not responsible for damages incurred during shipment by the postal service. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at brookandbensboutique@gmail.com with supporting photographs of the damage. We will work with you to find a suitable resolution.
5. Non-Returnable Items:
