At Brook & Ben’s, we want you to love every piece you bring home. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right!

Returns & Exchanges

• Eligibility: Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange only.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Non-Returnable Items: All sale items, accessories, and intimate wear (e.g., bodysuits) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you send back an item, and do not first request a return, your return will not be accepted. Shipping costs are non refundable, and we are not responsible for any shipping cost to ship back to us.
